Farm Inputs Promotions (FIPS) Africa Ltd. is hosting a recruitment for employment drive on February 23, 2024, starting at 9:00 a.m. FIPS is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing food security and improving the livelihoods of small-scale farmers in Kenya by advocating for appropriate farm inputs and providing guidance on their effective utilization. Currently, FIPS has a workforce of over 134 individuals in Kenya, 80 of whom are field-based team members actively engaged in supporting rural farmers. Consequently, FIPS is seeking qualified candidates with bachelor's degrees in agricultural disciplines for entry-level positions in Nairobi.

Ideal candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to assisting farmers, possess a diligent work ethic, and enjoy hands-on fieldwork. Additionally, candidates should have comprehensive technical knowledge in agriculture and proficient organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. FIPs plans to interview up to 50 interested applicants on the same day, with the most promising candidates being invited for further interviews.
