Sensitization and Mid-Term Perfomance Contract Evaluation in the Faculties of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine: Aligning with the University of Nairobi's Strategic Plan 2023-2027

The sensitization training for staff from the Faculties of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine at the University of Nairobi focused on aligning them with the university's Strategic Plan for 2023-2027. The training emphasized academic excellence, research innovation, and sustainability in agriculture and veterinary practices. It aimed to enhance staff understanding of their roles in achieving these goals and foster collaboration across departments. Additionally, the Performance Contracting Directorate conducted a mid-term evaluation to assess the progress of performance targets, focusing on academic delivery, research output, and resource utilization, with the goal of identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic objectives
