The department of plant science and crop protection has welcomed first years to the 2021/2022 Academic year.  The registration process started on Monday 20th September, 2021 after which the Orientation process started on 27th September to 4th October.  The first years were addressed by the chair of department as well as the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Stephen Kiama.

 The Office of the Dean of Students has received numerous requests from Needy Students who require financial support for their Tuition and Accommodation Fee.

The University of Nairobi in partnership with KENET negotiated with Safaricom PLC a mobile network provider for a Discounted Bundles package for use in remote teaching and learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The university of Nairobi students and staff are therefore encouraged to apply to supplement the University sponsored SOMA-NA-TELKOM data bundles.

1.Ensure that your Fees is paid before making the Inter/Intra -Faculty Transfer request.

2. Deposit Inter / Intra -Faculty Transfer Fee of Kshs. 1,000/- at any Absa PLC kenya to the following Account

3.    Present your deposit slip to the Cashier in Room G4 in Main    Campus for Receipting.

This is to inform you that the University is conducting training facilitated by the ICT Centre from Monday September 27, 2021 to Friday October 1, 2021 for all the First Year Students 2021.  This training is quite important as it will help the students familiarise themselves with the Online Learning, Processes and Systems.  Kindly facilitate the students in your Faculty/Department to attend.
