This is to inform you that the University is conducting training facilitated by the ICT Centre from Monday September 27, 2021 to Friday October 1, 2021 for all the First Year Students 2021.  This training is quite important as it will help the students familiarise themselves with the Online Learning, Processes and Systems.  Kindly facilitate the students in your Faculty/Department to attend.

The 3rd All Africa Postharvest Congress & Exhibition will officially open today , Tuesday September 14, 2021. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Stephen Kiama will be speaking at the Opening Ceremony.

The University of Nairobi is spearheading Eleven (11) Kenyan Universities developing a proposal for a pipeline project on how Universities can be supported to cope/mitigate the challenges of COVID-19, especially in areas of digital learning and specifically focusing on ICT infrastructure development.  

The other Universities are Daystar University, Dedan Kimathi University, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenyatta University, Kibabii University, Pwani University, South Eastern Kenya University, University of Kabianga and Zetech University.
